I LOVE this room!!! The dark walls fit this space so nicely, and the rug looks perfect in here (even if it needed a little work). I love the fireplace surround. I think that this moody dining space is so inviting! If you hadn’t said anything about the mantel I would have thought it was intentional- it looks great as is. I love that rug- glad you were able to mend it. The dark color makes your dining table and chairs really pop! Well done. And really are reveal rooms ever really done? We all have things we want to upgrade and change over time.

It’s amazing how fast a month goes! I can’t believe everything you’ve already gotten done, and it’s looking amazing! I love the wall color with that rug, and that light is fantastic.
