Well, it’s actually a great decision! I hope you’ll have time to finish your projects… My house is a mess as well as I had no time for housework lately: I painted my acksplash little by little after work!

Ha! I must have stumbled upon this soon after you posted because I haven’t even gotten the email notification that there was a new post yet! I was thinking of you this morning as I drove through some local winding roads and passed several lovely Victorians for sale. I don’t know if you know where you’ll end up yet, but I can tell you this area has plenty!

I love the chalkboard wall. I wonder if a warm welcome message during house showings will help the sale – definitely something to check with your agent! Good luck to both of you!
