Done for the week

I went back to Michaels and picked up more cabinets to take apart.  I came home with new flooring for the bathroom as well, they’re little mother of pearl tiles from the mosaic section.  I wasn’t really happy with the original “tile.”  The new tiles are way better, and I’ll be even happier once they’re actually installed next week.

The pictures aren’t showing it well, but it’s super glossy and a little more subtle than it looks.  (Still have to figure out to do with the awkward baseboard area.)

And just on a whim, I painted the foyer seat high-gloss navy blue.

And I’m done for the week.  Hopefully this weekend we’ll get some work done on the real attic so I can move this dollhouse party up there where it doesn’t have to get crammed away all the time like this:
